大蒜乾鍋蝦

所需材料：
大蒜、黑胡椒、蝦。

做法：
1、燒熱鐵鍋熱油，放入蝦，變色後翻個身。
2、烹些黃酒。
3、加入大蒜和幾個蘿蔔，再一起燒5分鐘。
4、起鍋前，加半小勺鹽，用研磨器弄些黑胡椒撒上就可以了。
