最近用一台 i5 CPU 的電腦要裝 VM ...結果 Windows 7 可以裝 64Bit 的 OS...VirtualBox 竟然跑出

This kernel requires an x86-64 CPU, but only detected an i686 CPU. Unable to boot – please use a kernel appropriate for your CPU

解決方法：
Enable Intel VT-x/AMD-V from BIOS
就可以了
